My name is Don Sprayberry about a year ago I volunteered to help a friend find information about his great great great Grandmother Sarah"Cherokee Woman"Martha Wills
Vincent she was born in the Spartanburg area around 1810 their is a outside possibility
she was born in NC.Sarah married a Jesse Vincent their is possibilty Sarah and Jesse
moved to Al when their son William Henry Vincent and his wife Martha Elizabeth Kennedy
Vincent moved to Al . William Henry and Martha Elizabeth are buried in Ohatchee,Al.
I am trying to find Sarah's family history , if was she Cherokee if so what tribe was she a part of. I have been told that Sarah and her mother had the same name and she was
also called "Cherokee Woman" and she was a Indian Slave I am trying to verify this information about her mother as well. I would appreciate any assistance I could receive. My friend had a DNA test done he knows he is over 15% Indian. You may contact
me at my Email address which is his2sheep@cableone.net.
    Thank You!
    Don Sprayberry
