I am trying to trace the Alva Bullard line and wife Adaline living in Marion County in 1880. His father was a William Bullard and mother Susan who were both born in South Carolina. This line moved from Horry County to Marion County and into Robeson County N.C. and back into Loris around 1920. This Alva was born in 1840, father William about 1790(?), Alva's son Enoch was born in 1868 in South Carolina.
This line is not the Alva T. Bullard line in Robeson County, South Carolina who is also married to an Adeline. Alva T was born in 1837, not 1840 and his Adeline was born in 1835, not 1847.
I don't seem to be able to find very much on William or Alva in South Carolina, no birth, marriage or death notices, or wills.
Any help would be appreciated.
