Moultrie and Hagar Ann Manigault were my paternal G-G-Grandparents. Jacob was born around 1842 in S.C. He met and married Hagar Ann Manigault and bore 4 children. They are listed in the 1880 census as living in St. Andrews ( Parish)Township Charleston S.C. They had more children after 1880 which include my great-grandmother Emma Moultrie.</p> <p>Nelly<br /> Rosa<br /> Caroline<br /> Jacob Jr.</p> <p>Jacob K. Moultrie is also the brother of Rev. Ishmael Moultrie. They may have been twins or born at least 11 months apart.
